1. Enter your CGS username (such as "acme100" - do not enter your email address).
2. Click the "Email Password" button.
3. Within five minutes, you will get an e-mail:
   • From: "help@corporategivingstandard.org.net"
   • Subject: "New Password from CECP".
4. CECP recommends that you copy-and-paste the new password into the CGS login screen.
